Starting from typical cold water at around 15°C, expect approximately 8-10 hours to reach full operating temperature. The 1500W heater works continuously during this period and you can use the programmable timer to have warm water ready when needed.

How much space do I need for installation?

The surface must be level, firm and free from sharp objects that could puncture the PVC material.

Yes, the spa can be used indoors provided you have adequate ventilation and drainage. The room needs sufficient height clearance (minimum 2.5m ceiling), proper ventilation to handle humidity and access to 220-240V electrical supply. Ensure the floor can support the filled weight of approximately 571kg (550 litres water plus spa weight).

How often should I change the filter cartridge?

Replace the filter cartridge every 2-4 weeks depending on usage frequency and bather load. Heavy use or more than 2 people regularly using the spa requires more frequent changes. Clean the cartridge weekly by rinsing with garden hose water and replace immediately if the material becomes discoloured or damaged beyond cleaning.

What's the power consumption during operation?

Total power consumption is 2100W when heating and running jets simultaneously. The heater uses 1500W, massage air blower 600W and filter pump 35W at 12V. During maintenance mode with just filtration running, consumption drops to approximately 35W. Typical daily running costs depend on local electricity rates and usage patterns.

How do I drain and store the spa?

Use the included garden hose adapter to connect standard garden hose for complete drainage. The process takes 15-20 minutes to empty all 550 litres. After draining, clean the interior with mild soap, rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before deflating. Store in a dry location away from sharp objects and extreme temperatures.

What warranty coverage is provided?

The warranty covers electrical components for 24 months, the PVC liner for 12 months and spa accessories for 3 months from purchase date. This covers manufacturing defects but excludes damage from misuse, chemical imbalance, or normal wear. Keep your purchase receipt and register the product with the manufacturer to validate warranty coverage.
